South Dakota Gender-NeutralThis would replace male terms with gender-neutral terms, no longer ignoring women.

We regard a “yes” vote as helpful to the goal of stopping discriminatory practices, which in turn will ultimately help the goal of ending violence.

Background: South Dakota had a trigger ban to stop abortion entirely and this is now in effect because of Roe being overturned. The proposed amendment would undo this.
